We started working with Eoin O Keeffe Architects in July 2017.

From the initial meeting we found Eoin to be very professional and forthcoming with ideas. He listened to what our needs and wants were and came back with different design options. He continued to tweak these designs with us until we got the best out of our indoor space and outdoor surroundings.

Eoin managed our tender process and also acted as project manager for the entire build which was great.

We always found Eoin professional, helpful and great to work with. When issues occurred he helped us find the best solution without compromising the integrity of the build or finishes. One of the best decisions we have ever made.

In 2014, we decided to leave city living and come back to to the countryside and renovate an old family home. A 1960’s bungalow, we wanted to retain the memory of the house and the family members that had lived there before but needed to change it to fit the busy life of a family of 6.

This could not have been possible without Eoin’s assistance, from the very beginning he helped shape our thoughts. Beginning with our desire to marry the old and new and to mirror the nearby abbey and our hope to take advantage of the country surroundings and let light into our everyday lives, he brought our thoughts firstly to paper and then to bricks and mortar.

Because we could not leave our home in Limerick, he became our site manager and quality controller. His attention to detail and thorough drawings helped immensely and Eoin, in conjunction with our builders Higgins & McCarthy, has provided us with a home in which we love raising our family.

I could not recommend Eoin highly enough, he is meticulous in his planning and drawing and follows through on everything he says. It was a big decision by us to leave the building of our family home into someone else’s hands, but one of the best decisions we have ever made.

We recently completed works on our house to revamp the ground floor.

We decided to work with Eoin O Keeffe Architects as we were pleased with proposed drawings and Eoin’s skills.

We retained Eoin O Keeffe Architects to oversee entire project as we had little knowledge of construction etc..

We are thrilled with the results. We have totally remodelled our downstairs without having to change the footprint of the original house. Eoin was available at absolutely every stage of works and indeed led communication throughout the project which we were thrilled with.

His attention to detail combined with his extensive background means we have a finished product that is a modern design and finished to a very high standard.
