Complete renovation of an existing 150 year old farmhouse and the conversion of an adjacent out-building into an apartment and office.
Developed various plan layout options for the client, which were followed by plan, section, elevation and detail drawings, accompanied by a specification, demolition and costs schedules and a construction programme for the works.
